• Get down to the End of the Page.
• You'll be able to see Create a Page Option as shown below

• Now you have to choose the Category.

• Choose a Category. Give a Name
• Click I agree
• Now click Get Started
• That's all! Now you get started with your new Fan Page. Customize it and Publish it widely that others can like it.
